65 Prescriptions

When I was doing some research for my book I discovered some papers. When Steve was detoxing up in Mill Valley California (again) he was on so much medication that when I would call him he was either sleeping or so incoherent that I couldn’t understand what he was saying. In one month 9-25-95 to10-25-95 he was prescribed from his doctor or should I say crackpot doctor a total of 65  prescriptions. Can you believe that, 65 prescriptions in one month . Steven must have nine lives, to live through all that he has endured. I’m so thankful that my son is alive and well today. I never met the doctor but if I ever did I would try to have his license taken away from him forever!
