Eating Healthy and Feeling Great

Today I went shopping for groceries. Not very exciting but I had to go. Ever since I changed my diet my grocery bill has gotten better. I’m buying more fruits and vegetables rather than junk food. In fact, I’ve lost 4 pounds since February 1 which is great for me. That was a pleasant surprise when I went on the scale. It’s a combination of walking and my diet. I’m very proud of myself, at least on the days that I’m not depressed! LOL!
